My William Lehman Hyundai reviewAbsolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. I was duped into coming to the dealership. I was promised a minimum for a trade in on my used car. The car I was to buy was not on the lot. The day before I was told there were several cars for me to choose from. I even went to a website they recommended to secure a price and printed it as advised. They only offered me half that amount. A sleazy operation. I would advise anyone to not call or go there. It was so upsetting. All lies and deception. Don’t know how they are able to be in business.

My William Lehman Hyundai reviewMike is the biggest scam artist I have ever come in contact with. They advertise one price and then tell you some BS and all of a sudden the vehicle cost thousands more than what they advertised on autotrader.com. They try to tell you it’s for some so called certificate fee. The manager is another a*hole who screams and yells at his employees making a scene in front of the customer (which I think was only an act). The Better Business Bureau gives this business an “F” with 59 complaints filed in the last 3 years. I can imagine all those that didn’t file a complaint. They are total a scam. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CON MEN.
I don’t no why the review says I purchased from this dealer and I recommend this dealer. Both are a big NO! I didn’t purchase from them and wouldn’t even recommend them if I was outta my mind or high on drugs.

My William Lehman Hyundai reviewIt seems that the reviews posted here must by the employees to make the place look legitimate. It was the worst experience I’ve had buying more than a dozen cars. Every promise made was broken to lure me to this scam business. The manager tells you things that seem unbelievable and they are. All lies. They will not give you anything in writing. In fact the car was not even in stock. Do yourself a favor and keep far away from this dealership. I’m surprised they are in business.

My William Lehman Hyundai reviewOver the years, I have purchased several new vehicles and dealt with many sales people and sales managers. Dealing with Lehman Auto World has proven, once again, that the sales staff represented by Mr. Simon More and his Sales Manager, Mr. Lee, both whom provided extraordinary customer care. When I first purchased my first Hyundai back in 2000, Mr. Lee was there for me making the entire transaction seamless and painless. His care, his passion for customer service and his beguiling smile, made me to want to come back. Since 2000, I have been back several times with my family members whom all purchased new Hyundai’s. Though I live far away, I will ALWAYS go to Hyundai Auto World for what I call WORLD CLASS SERVICE. A word about the service department. I was joyous is my heart to see my old friend, Orlando M. still in the service department, still in the same booth, providing exceptional customer service. His boss, Mr. Albert, when he saw me, remembered me by name and gave me a big hug (in a manly way). The entire staff, from salesperson, to Sales Manager, to service writer to Service Manager are truly the BEST and know how to treat customers. And last, and certainly not least, my dealings with your Finance Manger, Claudia, was exceptional. She listened and went out of her way to obtain the lowest APR for me. She is the BEST. And, I was happy to see her boss was still at Lehman’s, Mr. Dave. He is a Knight in Shining Armor!!!!

My William Lehman Hyundai reviewDishonest sold me car took deposit and then sold car to someone else before I picked it up
I had the same problem, Only to be left with no vehicle, no money back and not even my personal belongings. They toad the vehicle with out even letting me know that they wanted me to take the car back. totally unfair!! they stole my money!! crooks and yes, the sales man that sold me the vehicle was Renee and James Stote(sales manager) took my money!! and then you call and no one returns your calls!! Scam!! taking hard working peoples money!!
