If you are in the market for a Lexus in Houston, be aware that all 4 Lexus Dealerships here will lie to you just to keep you from going to another dealership. I recently purchased my 2009 GX 470 at West Side Lexus and I was promised so many things before the signing of the sales contract that after the emotions of my new purchase had subsided and now that I think back of what I was promised, I feel nauseated just to think about it.
Worst of all, West Side Lexus is consider the better one in Houston. So, just be prepared and aware. Your best bet would be just to negotiate a sales price you are OK with and consider that other that the vehicle you will be buying will be but hot air.
