new car needs new tire due to lowering kit not installed correctly dealer installed .and they want me to pay for tires.

Update on putting money in new car after 8000 miles
Clarification:Car was purchased with 8 miles on it. The dealership had installed the Honda Factory Performance suspension and wheel package. We did not request this - it was already on the vehicle. After a few thousand miles, we began hearing what sounded like a rear bearing going bad. The dealership told us that the bearings were fine, but the tires were terribly cupped. First they told us that the caster was out of spec and we needed a control arm on the driver side and said we must have hit something pretty hard (no). Then they told us the car needed a camber kit -which wasn't available for an 08 Accord. The wife did some research with some suspension people that customize Hondas and found that the tire cupping was likely caused by the toe being out rather than the camber or caster. We also learned that the caster they were so concerned about was fine at maximum tolerance. The toe was indeed out, and they adjusted it. The dealership found some form of camber kit and installed it - we never got any form of paperwork or documentation, so I have no idea what was installed. We got the car back and it was obvious that they did not do an alignment on the car after whatever additions / adjustments were made. We had a different shop check the alignment and it was way off - we took that paperwork with the car back to the dealership where it still is. Our complaint is mainly that they are not willing to replace the tires - tires are not a warranty item under any circumstances, even if something the dealership did caused the premature wear.
