I took my car for a routine maintenance check, which Robert Palmer was the Assistant Service Manager that assisted me. The technican that assigned to work on my car and replace engine collant. I did not drive the car over the weekend but on Monday in driving the car in traffice the temperture gage showed that it was running hot on (H). I call Mr. Palmer and inform him of the problem, which he sugguested that I drive the car in on the Tuseday. Inform him that I would have it towed in because the car is running hot and I did not want to cause any damage to the engine.I informed Mr. Palmer that I feel that the technican did not perform the coolant service correctly. After I had to pay for having the car towed in and they redoing the coolant service again, Mr. Palmer never acknowlede that the technican did not do the steps that was needed in replacing the coolant in the engine. However is gave me an unacceptable answer as to why the car ran hot. I ask about the towing cost as it was due to their mistake and I was told has to talk to Terry Landry as he was the person that could authorize my reimbursement of the towing fee. As you can quess I have call and left two messages for him and he as yet to return my cal. The customer service was bad and I did not get to work on Tuesday morning until 12:30p.m. I have had issue with the service department before but this was the last straw that broke the camel back. I will not take my car back to West Infiniti Houston for service ever again and recommend other Infiniti owner not to take their car in for service.
