I was so surprised when I read the negative review on the Bob King Kia website! My experience was quite the contrary. I was treated with respect. They were very considerate of my time. I purchased a used 2008 Hyundai Labor Day 2009. I am happy with my vehicle and have taken it in for an oil change since and have no complaints with that appointment either!
I purchased my 2006 Kia Sportage from KK at Bob King KIA about 5 months ago. When I purchased the car it shimmied in the front, I took it back to have it repaired. They said there was nothing wrong with it. I took it back again and ask that they check the alignment, they said there was nothing wrong.It was hard to crank I had to turn it over 2-3 times. In July its started to sputter and just turn off. I took it back they exchanged the fuel pump. I again asked about the alignment, they said there was nothing wrong with it. I took it back again because it still sputterd they replaced the thurmal body and this time they did do an alignment and wheel balance.
On my way home the car shook so bad it vibrated something loose in the dash.
I took it back, this time they "pressure ballenced" my tires and one is out of round and I get to guess which one that is.
The attitued of the staff has been one of I DONT CARE and SO WHAT.
