I purchased a vehicle from the used car department. It had several problems from the start. Even with a 60 day warranty and extended warranty, Ed Voyles Chrysler said I would have to pay for the catalytic converter to be replaced - $800. They even said the Chrysler factory warranty representative was at the dealership the day my car was checked. I took the car to another Chrysler dealership and they replaced the catalytic converter with no charge because it was 100% covered under the factory warranty. The airbag light was on when we purchased the car. They said it was suppose to be on. The other dealership said it was the clock spring and fixed it also. I traded the car in and cancelled the extended warranty through Ed Voyles Chrysler. I have been given the run around to get my refund. They have lost the paper work, given me the warranty company to contact, given me bad email addresses and made me wait 2 months for the refund. This dealership should not be trusted. :x
