Went in for an oil change and they stripped out the threads on the oil plug. Cost me $611 dollars to get it back the way it was before I went in. I can understand that it happens so I asked for a discount, split the problem 2 ways. They wouldn't even discuss it. The service rep was rude and definitely not customer focused. His name was Ronnie. This was not my first time to get service work at the HILEY VW dealership (formerly Jeff SIKES). It will definitely be my last.

I recommend that NO ONE EVER use this dealership. I am amazed that they are still in business. I guess that's what no competition gets you...
