I agree! Horrible service and complete confusion accompaning a disguisting cashier who literally yelled at people on the phone and then yelled at me. Then, mid yell, the phone rang and she stuck her hand up (I believe simular to the "Talk to the Hand gesture") gave me a ferocious dirty look and demanded I hold on. It was a treat. I also heard the employees talking about management running the place into the ground. And I quote, "The owners are running this place into the ground. We're going to be closed soon anyway. Why would I care if you get it done here?". This certainly would suggest a less than quality produce rolling out of their service shop.
Employees seemed to be okay, but the lack of any management has left this place in complete disarray and more than likely on the list for closure! Apparently, Carl and "MJ", the senior management, work approximately 10 to 15 hours a week. If you are in the market for a used car lot, I would keep your eyes on this place over the next few weeks.

Update on Mass Confusion (Not Fahrfromcluzen)
Employees seemed to be okay, (except for the nasty cashier and service manager) but the lack of any management has left this place in complete disarray and more than likely on the list for closure! Apparently, Carl and "MJ", the senior management, work approximately 10 to 15 hours a week. If you are in the market for a used car lot, I would keep your eyes on this place over the next few weeks.
