SERVICE WORK WAS DELAYED 5 DAYS, PARTS WERE UPGRADED WITHOUT CONSULTING CUSTOMER WHICH RESULTED IN OTHER PARTS BEING INSTALLED AT ADDITIONAL COSTS OF $370.00 PARTS PLUS LABOR.

PREVIOUSLY WE WERE ADVISED ON ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT WE NEEDED AN ENGINE OVERHAUL. A TRIP TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR A SECOND OPINION RESULTED IN ONE NEW SPARK PLUG AND ONE SPARK PLUG WIRE SOLVING THE PROBLEM.

WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS DEALER IN THE FUTURE.
