My Vandergriff Acura reviewWe had a good experience buying from Vandergriff Acura through the internet. We looked at the car online, then Landry sent us even more pictures by e-mail. We worked out the financing through our own bank, then flew to pick up the car. Landry picked us up from the airport, told us about Dallas, and was a great host. The car was in excellent condition, even for being used, and I still LOVE it!
We are still waiting to see if they will pay a repair bill they promised that they would take care of. Our car is a hard-top convertible, and although we tried the top multiple times before leaving with the car, as soon as we stopped to put it down on the highway it got stuck. We called the dealership to let them know, and they said that we could take it to our local dealership and they would pay the bill.
Overall, I was happy with the way everything worked out. I was able to get good financing through my own bank, and the dealership did everything they could to make it a smooth buying process. Their prices were by far the best we found anywhere.

My Vandergriff Acura reviewThe worst expierence I could imagine…After an agreed reasonable price, we put in for banks approval
but apparently there were “difficulties encountered” so we were left hanging (with hopes of becoming desperate im sure from vandergriff) for 5 days. finally when they told us of our approvel, we drove all the way out there to find out the “GENEROUS” offer was not so generous.the manager attempted to feed us some story as to why they were rasing the price $2,500. there were so many lies involved,they couldnt even keep up with them because the story kept changing.And the manager started sounding as if he were talking in riddles,really thinking we were that ignorant to his blatant lies . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. the salesman also told us he made no commsion because he was a manager who was over the internet part of the used car dept, which after some investigation we found out to be a lie. there were so many unnecessary lies we found out after the fact, im so glad we walked out without making possibly the worst financial mistake of my life… the people there made it out to be as if they were doing you a favor…disrepectful.. rude… WASTE OF TIME.
