This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with any dealer.
I was rarely contacted to keep me informed of the status of the work being done. 95% of the communication had to be initiated by myself just wanting to know when I might get my vehicle back.
Between incorrect diagnostice work, incorrect parts ordered, parts being replaced that didn't need to be because of the mis-diagnosis, not knowing when parts that were ordered would arrive, and in my opinion total incompatence on the part of the staff, it took over a month to replace a warped head.
At no point during this experience did I feel like I was important to them as a customer. Just another shmuck off the street I guess.
This was the first time using this dealer and it will be my last time. They will never have the opportunity to work with me again. No Service, No Sales, No Way!
