I had a very bad experience with the sales department of this dealership when trying to buy a car. I made a prior appointment by email and confirmed by phone to test drive a Maxima. I got a price for a particular Maxima by email. The salesman, called Jeff, had absolutely no clue as to where the car we were interested in was and told us that it is sold. However, we found it in their parking lot. He even went to pee and kept us waiting while we were on a test drive. He wasted our time from 4pm to 9pm. Eventually when we asked what is taking so long, he responded that it doesn't take so long for customers who are willing to pay the sticker price. We offered a price but they weren't interested to negotiate. The next morning Jeff called requesting us to take the car at the price we offered. We denied as we had already purchased a car by that time. Overall, it was a very draining and frustrating experience. Beware of Jeff -- an old and short guy, good for nothing.
I do not recommend Universal Nissan to any one. However, if you do happen to check them out, do not give in to their price but wait for the next morning for them to call you and agree with your price. Their pricing is not very competitive.
