    added items directly told that wasnt wanted. told lies about cost of item. wouldnt return calls. avoided calls. when we did get through they immediately saidd they had a customer and hung.

    My Trussville Mazda review

    Had a great experience with Mazda. But since I have been in several times for a few things to be fixed on my vehicle. Which all have been done, except for one. On the driver’s side mirror there is a vibration when the vehicle is in motion. Service Technician says there is nothing that can be done to fix it, but I feel that the mirror should be replaced if it can’t be fixed. Please let me know if this is a possibility. Thanks for your help! Michele Sims

    My Trussville Mazda review

    Called and harassed my wife and I, after we purchased a car elsewhere. Somehow Barry Brown (salesman @ Trussville Mazda) found out we bought (2) cars elsewhere after he couldn’t get in our price range. So after he found this out, he called my wife and said he heard through a “little birdie” that we not only bought 1, but 2 cars, and that the other dealership worked the number on us.

    Spoke with a few higher up people that asked what they could do to make up for it, when they tried, they sent me back to Barry Brown and he tried to screw me over again.

    The next night, we received a call from the Dealership marketing dept. asking us if we were still interested in buying a car. Well, might seem harmless, but this was at 9:30 P.M. Central Time. I get up to go to work at 4:30 A.M., so you could imagine the pleasure of getting that call.

    Would and will NOT, ever tell anyone to go to Trussville Mazda.
