I have been to the dealership 4 times each time I have received mediocre service. The service given is horrible and the reports they give you about your vehicle are inaccurate- please verify everything that they claim to have done, The worst experience that I had with them was the last time when they forgot to close my oil cap- I had come in to do an oil change. My last experience still buffles me they claimed that I did not have an air filter in my car. This is ridiculous as the only ones who have ever serviced my car.
