The service 'people' at BMW who greet and pleasantly speak with you on arrival cannot stop telling you how customer-oriented and concerned and satisfaction-directed they are. And then they tell you again!
But after TWO expensive tries to repair a rather simple body issue to my front M3 bumper cowling, they 1. could not get the parts screwed on such that they would not hang down from the front of the car 2. kept telling me it was "fixed" when you could see them almost dragging on the ground from across the parking lot. 3. wasted two days of my time and a couple hundred dollar in parts. (I didn't want to--but gave up, jacked up the car in my driveway and fixed it myself (of ten places to install sheet metal screws, only 2 had been installed by Reeves mechanics whom you do not get to meet; you only meet the "fluff-meister" on arrival).
This place is all talk---and money collection. I know you can do better.
