Sorry but I don't remember the Salesperson(pretty much try to alleviate my mind of these kind of negative situations asap) but I do remember being promised $1000.00 dollars off the vehicle if we put down $2000.00 dollars of our own.
After 4 hours of the run-around with the Sales Mgr. on duty and the overly used excuse-making "I have to ask my Mgr about every single thing" Salesperson, we got home to discover that we were not given our $1000.00 discount.
Salesperson conveniently forgot all about it and wasn't able to recover from his memory bank the fact that we even talked about it.

Toyota Carlsbad used cars, right off the freeway. Someone please re-locate them directly onto the freeway, preferably in front of direct, high speed traffic.
