We came in on a Saturday to look at new Tundras after calling for availability. We arrived around 10 am and walked around the lot for about 20 minutes. No one even bothered to come out of the building to greet us. There were sales people just sitting in front of the windows looking out at us. We have purchased 7 cars from this dealership and it seems that nobody cared if we were there or not. Just wondering what happened to the great people there. They used to care about their customers. We finally walked inside and no one seemed to notice us. We looked for a familiar face but found no one. There is absolutely no way we'll ever return to this dealership. Seems that the atmosphere is very poor. The last car we bought was a 2006 Corolla. Since we live in Gig Harbor, we tried the dealership in Bremerton. We were impressed with them and traded our Corolla on a Camry Hybrid. We even had the chance to meet the service and parts managers. Wow! What a difference! We were impressed with he entire place, sales and service! What happened to Titus-Will?
