My Bmw North Scottsdale reviewI have visited them several times in search of teh perfect MINI, the first was was a red on and it was pretty sctatched up and way to much money. I was considering it but the never bothered to call me back after I contaced their paint man and got the process rolling. The second time I went up and the person I was supposed to see was off sick and I was asked to come back tomorrow as they couldnt help me. This MINI dealer as well as the one in tempe have several cars in stock that are actually 2300.00 more when you get there than advertised, all their options they dont tell you about. And talk about deals there are none, both owned by the same company so they do not have to be competative at all and they are not. Waiting for MINI Tucson to open!

My Bmw North Scottsdale reviewOn my 3rd BMW purchased from BMW North Scottsdale, and I must say I have NOT experienced any of the negative scenarios featured here. One thing everyone should keep in mind – you have purchased a refined automobile that requires upkeep and care. Absolutely no reason, with proper care and maintenance, that a BMW won’t last you well above 250k miles. All warranties have items not included – read your contract. Repairs to German engineered automobiles are not inexpensive, but then you know that when you buy this type of automobile. Once out of warranty, take it to your favorite mechanic. However, BMW dealers work ONLY on BMW’s vs offsite mechanics that rarely specialize in just 1 automobile make. I digress… If you want to purchase a BMW (new or used) work with Mitch Lippen who doesn’t just sell you a car, he builds a long-term relationship with you. When you need service, Logan Carter is one of the most professional, honest service advisors I’ve worked with over the years. Never paid for a loaner, never been treated rudely by any employee, and what makes me keep coming back is their loyalty to make it right when hiccups happen (what service business doesn’t have a "blip" now and then, seriously? Don’t take my word for it, go experience it. I challenge anyone to come back to this site and post a negative experience with Mitch or Logan. What are you waiting for? Prove me wrong, but don’t count on it!

SO IM SHOPPING AND I GOT A PRICE FROM ALL THE DEALERSHIPS AND N SCOTTSDALE WAS $3400 HIGHER CHAPMAN WAS HONEST AND UP FRONT THATS WHY THEY’RE GOING TO EARN MY BUSINESS STEVE ZUCKER @ CHAPMAN ON CAMELBACK WAS THE BEST I BOUGHT MY 3 SERIES FROM HIM AND IM GOING BACK TO HIM NORTH SCOTTSDALE HAS THE CAR I WANTED BUT JOHN SAID WERE HERE TO MAKE MONEY ILL DISCOUNT IT $1000 OFF MSRP YOU HOLIDAY CASH FOR THAT SO DEAL WITH IT OR YOU CAN LEAVE SO I LEFT AND HE CALLED ME A IDIOT! IM SORRY I WANT A GOOD DEAL ON A CAR WHY PAY $54987 WHEN I CAN PAY $50243 FOR THE EXACT SAME CAR BUT DIFFERENT INTERIOR SO I WOULD RECOMEND NEVER TO GO TO NORTH SCOTTSDALE THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL AND JERKS
