Four years ago I moved to Sevierville. For four years I tried to find someone in the area to repair my Chrysler sebring. It idled roughly and died when I came to a stop. (I have a 5-speed manual transmission).
I took it to several garages in the area and each charged me quite a bit of money to "repair" my car. However, none did. The problem continued. Finally, I decided to take it to a Chrysler dealer. Thomas Hill Burgin was closest to me. They made several repairs to the automobile but found a major problem with the transmission. They called me and told me what the problelm was.
I felt the problem was too expensive for an older vehicle so I advised them not to repair it. When I went to pick the car up they did not charge me a penny. However they left the parts they had put on the car.
I was very impressed with this company. I would recommend them highly.
