Went looking for used 2004 Lincoln Town car sales guy showed us on forgot to show us LARGE SCRATCH down passenger side my wife pointed it out before we signed paper work I told them I didnt want the car because of the scratch Another sales rep comes out & tells me it can Buff out I told them it was beynd Buffing & didn't want car I started to leave & sales guy says I won't get a better deal I went to Bourbonnais Illinois to Court Street found same car same price Etc I did buy that one I wouldn't recommend Terry's to anyone TOO PUSHY
My vehicle was in for oil change service for an evening. Vehicle was returned with damages to the paint, mirrors, and windshield which service dept. took responsibility for. It took a few months for them to get my vehicle in to repair the mirror and paint issues, windshield was left as is. While having vehicle to repair damages, more damage had occurred. After pointing out the new damage, service manager rudely said they did not do the damage and said he would do nothing for me. Very rude and ignorant service manager, will never have service done there again. Family and friends will be notified also and will take there business elsewhere.
