    My Terry Cullen Southlake Chevrolet review

    I Had my work Van towed to Terry Cullen, for service (it would not start) 2:00PM Monday 6/4/12 Got a quick response back around 4:00, I was told, the Van started right up,Problem ….. “Needed wiring Repairs at 560.00 Dollars and replace fuel pump at 850.00 to correct the problem.
    I told Steve the fuel pump is working when the van was not starting, so brainstorm the problem before you replace the pump” Tuesday Morning (6/5/12) at 9:00AM.
    Get a call around 4:00PM same day.
    Steve have done the work, but the Van will not start, it need a 900.00 dollar computer?
    I said I don’t want to do the repairs at that cost.
    I will agree to pay for the wiring work and pick up my Van.
    They refused that and here I am sunday night 2 weeks later and my van just sitting at Terry Cullen.
    IF anyone know how to get this problem resolved, let me know because Terry Cullen also tell me I have a head Gastket crack on the Van, so even if I get the other work done, I can not drive the Van.

    I think I am being riped off. Or they think they are Ripping me off, I want my van back in the Condition ther got it.

    Help, I need to go to work!!!@!

    , and may need a fule pump to repair it at 850.00, I willing to pay for the repairs to get my work Van back on the road.
