I wouldn't trust these people as far as you can throw them if you know anything about cars, and ESPECIALLY if you do not. False 'recommendations', inflated quotes for repairs, claim they perform recalls on your vehicle but months later have no record of what they did. Negligent, greedy - very polite to your face, but they're all so scared of losing profit they cheat and lie to make a profit rather than being good to the customer.
I was very impressed with the service I received. Not only were they able to get me in a new car but my fiance too. I would highly recommend working with Michael Rezi and Morgan Kitchen - both were attentive, understood my concerns and fulfilled their promises. I have never received such great service from a dealership! Thank you again Michael and Morgan! Will recommend you to everyone...
