I wanted to take this time to write a great reveiw that I had with Scott Pratt. My experience with Scott was through the Internet whom I was impressed that took the time via emails to answer all of my questions and recommend incentives that were worth my budget. I didn't have much time to come into the dealeship but what was important that Scott did that the time to continue addressing all my questions via emails.
I did purchase a vechicle from this dealership but what is most important is that I wasn't pressured throughout the time spent over the course of a couple of weeks with Scott.
Thanks to Scott and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. This ecomony has put many of us into tough situations and its important to have someone understand and work with us what is to our benefit.
If someone is having an Issues with Service or Sales We go out of our way to make everyone happy.
Just come see us...

Scott Pratt took care of me from Day one I have purchased many vehicles from him.. All of my friends and family buys from him. He is honest and up front.. No one goes out of their way more than he does..
I had the worst experience ever at Superior Cadillac GMC. I have never been treated this way at any dealership before. I recommend that you go somewhere else to purchase/lease a vehicle. The salesman I had pulled up cars for me to test drive and didn't even clear the snow off. He had a bad attitude about everything. He was pushy, he rushed me into making a decision. When you purchase a vehicle it's supposed to be a positive experience. I was disgusted at the customer service I received and hope that no one has to go through what I did.

Superior Cadillac GMC in Brighton puts the sleazy back into used car salesman. They do not stand by their prices, even when given adequate backup of their OWN website showing the advertised price. They claim to have sent accessories multiple times that were included in the original deal (but not available on the day of purchase), yet the items never show up. They use the "we'll call you back once we have looked into this" and never call back. They claim to not have received messages, faxes, calls, even when you have confirmed with their office that everything was received. They pressure you for insurance and guarantees that you do not need, yet do not include the 3 month OnStar feature that is supposed to be free (and promised by them to be free). Overall, I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone. John Dasky and Terry Nadeau were the managers I dealt with and Scott Pratt was the salesman. There are plenty of dealerships in Michigan - find one that is not Superior Cadillac!

I wish I had read your review before I decided to go to Superior. In the future I will make sure to tell others looking for a vehicle to not go there. In this economy you would think that they would be nicer and try to actually be honest and sell you a car because they want to keep there job and the business going. I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with them. I would suggest Rinke Cadillac. I went there and they were great. John Munro in used cars is wonderful and his finance manager too. He was very helpful and very patient and was not pushy. They did whatever they could to make me happy. He even let me take extra 48 hours to decide and make sure that it would fit my budget and he held the car. I recommend Rinke 100%. They off 696 and Vandyke. Have a blessed day!
