My Sunset Chevrolet reviewMy daughter bought her first new car from sunset a few weeks ago and when we went in to pick up her plates I asked about the refund of over-paid license fees. The people at the counter acted like they had no idea what I was talking about but got someone on the phone who said they would send a check out that Friday. Friday came and went and a week later I called and spoke to someone who was very rude who said she had been on vacation and no one would have done anything while she was out and put me on hole. When she came back she said “Well it is only $10″ I told her at the time I felt that she was not correct but she argued with me and I didn’t have the numbers with me so I let it go. Today my daughter received a check for exactly $10 from sunset which is the wrong amount as I stated on the phone. I am not sure what their policy is but whether the refund is $10 or $100 it isn’t there money and should be refunded in the correct amount. If they rip off enough people I’m sure that adds up. More importantly the customer service by the lady of the phone was horrible. They need to remember without customers they don’t have jobs. I just purchased a car from Larson Dodge in Puyallup and they were awesome!!!!

Why does it seem, negative comments rarely have the writer’s full name? I am certain many answers may come to mind.
The accuracy of Jerry L review is confusing, any 2011 would still be under the factory warranty for weather stripping. They would not have been hesitation nor a charge.
The reason I go to Sunset is due to their excellent service reputation and Free LOF. Jerry you are funny…would the “L” mean Lewis?

My Sunset Chevrolet reviewI had an unfortunate interaction with GSM Tom Hall outside of the dealership. If he treats his customers the way he treated me, with discourtesy, contempt, and complete lack of concern then you would be well advised to skip this dealership.
This post speaks of a Tom Hall, in the past 7 years there has never been a Tom Hall in Sales much less GSM.
