after servicing the agent left the suv interior floor mat blackened with grease, steering wheel greasy and blackened, and the door panel too which is beige. No paper mats were ever used on the floor and seat as other dealers do; I complained to agent to clean please and he balked and gave smart comment. Service mgr wanted to please me up and down, but I will not go back cause fear of agents "getting even" later on with my bad report. Also happened to neighbor who has a same vehicle. Now we both go to where we bought the new suv! SAd.
