Contacted this dealership through the internet.I had an appointment, was told to ask for Kelan Williams, and then a Roberto called an he asked me to contact him also when i come in for my appointment. Arrived at the dealership and was pawned off on another person( who was very nice Rameriz?) Of course he wasnt in a nice shirt with a tie and nice slacks, i guess they felt it would have been a waste of their time to get their shoes dirty and sweaty. They already made a judgement from what i was going to look at (dont judge, you never know). I went in with a set mind on how much I was willing to spend, and already had my check to buy the car out the door. They proceeded to start playing games with the pricing, actually wasting my time, if they could not give me what i wanted they should have said no go, I will let anyone know who is looking for a vehicle not to go to their establishment.
