Beware of two things at Stadium Toyota:
- One is their service department:
On at least three occasions they tried to intimidate me (severe intimidation) into purchasing service my Sienna did not need; two of those involved brakes when the brakes were absolutely fine (I have proof of this). This is the main reason I won't buy another van from them. Ever.
- Two is the infamous "tires for life" :
Run screaming out of the showroom if someone tries selling you this bogus program. Check out the fine print on this one folks..! by the time you pay for their rather pricey tire rotations EVERY 5K miles, their over $80 alignments EVERY 15K miles (even if your vehicle obviously doesn't NEED alignment), the initial fee for the program, and (this is the insult to injury) expensive balancing and mounting of ANY new tire they provide, you are FAR better off buying elsewhere. I had a tire that was worn out completely but they refused to replace that one because they claimed it had road damage... huh which wasn't covered. And in my opinion the tires I now get are so much better than the ones I got in the dreaded tires for life program. And, get this, free tire rotations every 5k miles with my after market beautiful Bridgestones that I paid under $500 COMPLETE with balancing and mounting. So please people DO NOT get suckered into the tires for life like I did.

The absolute worst experience I think I have ever had as a consumer. I am a 23 year old female and attempted to purchase a slightly used vehicle from what appeared to be a trusting dealership. I drove 63 miles before the transmission died. Lookin back on it I realize that this establishment took absolute, 100% complete advantage of me from the start. It's bad enough that they added all these random charges to the selling price, but then they threatened my safety by sending me off in a car they knew wouldnt even get me home (since I live in NC). As if this wasnt the icing on the cake, once I finally called to raise hell they agreed to reimburse me for my repair expenses- well it took 3 months of harassing them on a weekly basis to finally get that check, and guess what... IT'S $42 short of what they were supposed to pay me!!! Now, in the large scheme of things, what is $42, right? But the fact is that no one in that entire dealership once apoliged or seemed sympathetic towards my predicament. I must have left 30+ messages for someone named Buddy who not ONCE had the decency to return my phone call. Once they had my money they were done with me.

I cannot urge to you stay away from this place enough. They are dishonest and will walk over you any chance they get. As a matter of fact, I feel so passionately about my hatred for this establishment I would love to speak with you via email to elaborate on the awful details of my experience. If you have questions or comments, please ask me at: mashworth03@gmail.com

And best of luck in your car search

I couldn’t believe when I first heard about the offer. Cars under $10,000 dollars! Stadium Toyota of Tampa was offering used cars at such lower rates. I checked it out immediately. It didn’t take long for me to decide. My car was in full working condition and was maintained well. I had checked the dealership website for buying Parts and found that it has attractive deals for its online customers too. They are offering a fabulous $300 internet saving offer. Wow! It is too good to resist.

I bought a brand-new Sienna from Stadium Toyota last week under the Online Specials offer. I got the car for a great price. The whole process was easy and it was a great experience shopping with you. Thank you for all your help.
