I had requested through the internet MANY requests for price quotes from many dealerships (Nissan, KIA, Toyota, etc) and Jim Hinderson was the only person that took the time to follow through on my request. He contacted me by phone (which I indicated was ok) within an hour after my request to obtain more information of what I was looking for. He was very eager to help. His product knowledge was very good and he's obviously believes in his dealership and service department. My wife joking said that we need to have everything done within an hour after we made our choice of vehicle including financing. Well, they missed that time constraint by 22 minutes! I would reccommend Jim's services to anyone.
I went in to look at cars with the intent of buying in the future. *I had done research and knew what I wanted. *Rather than buying a new car, they had a 2 year old car that was just what I wanted. *They did not try to show me other cars our of my price range, just worked with me within my comfort zone.*

The absolute WORST dealership salespeople I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Total con artisists that should be investigated by the Attorney General. Unbelievably ridiculous pricing and disrespectful salespeople. How they can sleep at night ripping people off as they clearly do is a real mystery- amazing how people can walk around with NO Conscience whatsoever.
I went in to see what was offered in new models, pressured and lied to into buying a used car with offer of great warranty and "a couple days and up to 500" miles to reconsider. Yes, I was not prepared - just the 2nd car we looked at. Ended up paying $5000 over NADA, plus got charged for the extended warranty, they wouldn't take the car back the next morning. Instead of litigating, I settled with the manager for the warranty, ended up paying ONLY $3000 over NADA dealer. Expensive lesson - DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!
Orlando was our salesperson and he is the person we will buy all our cars from. Gary was the internet manager and was also very helpful. But Orlando really went out of his way for us. We will buy all our cars from Orlando at Southwest Hyundai in Albuquerque!
I had a very good experience at Southwest Hyundai in albuquerque. My father bought his Hyundai at Southwest, and he told me I should go there. He was right. Jason Kinnan (who they call "outback") was very friendly and very helpful. I had gone to the other Albuquerque Hyundai dealer and it was not as good as it was at Southwest. I have sent 3 other people to Southwest Hyundai and they were all happy. :lol:
