    My Southeastern Honda review

    I had an experience with the sales department that I believe qualifies as deceptive.
    They pursued me with a false price to get me back to the table, and then switched the deal.

    Details:

    4 Nov 2012 Test drove car, negotiated without reaching agreement, left to continue shopping.
    7 Nov 2012 Received a mailed thanks letter from the dealership. Handwritten PS from salesman, “I can do your deal if you have not purchased already” – with the exact dollar terms of the agreement.
    8 Nov 2012 Husband called and confirmed the terms with the salesman
    9 Nov 2012 I called to reconfirm terms, and then made an appointment to complete the deal
    10 Nov 2102 Arrived for paperwork and the DEAL HAD CHANGED. They would not honor the number. Management switched our salesman mid-deal. “Best they could do” was $500 higher than the number in the letter.

    Great cars, but deal carefully and skeptically with Southeastern Honda. A written price holds no weight.

    My Southeastern Honda review

    Tiger Trainer is FANTASTIC! His “attention to detail and personalized customer care” is why I will drive 45 minutes for him and his service department to service my HONDA. I never leave unhappy. Thanks Tiger and the service crew of SOUTHEASTERN HONDA PALM BAY.

    we have purchased 2 cars from Southeastern,and feel very comfortable buying from them. They make car shopping enjoyable, which to us is very important. NO PRESSURE AND NO GAMES! And it doesn’t take all day

    Shopping at Southeastern Honda was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, great price. I had gone to other Honda dealers with lots of pressure and salesmen who were very pushy. This was an easy, enjoyable experience.

    My Southeastern Honda review

    My husband and I bought a 2009 Odyssey from Southeastern Honda and it was a great experience. The great price they quoted on the phone was the exact price they had when we came in. No hassling or pressuring at all. Barbara was great and friendly and showed us everything about the car. They were very forward with everything and didn’t try to add in things we didn’t want or need. I would highly recommend them.
