I was referred to this dealer by an on-line site. I was contacted by South Chicago
Nissan Rep. (Tasha). I was advised that my loan had been approved and I should
come in to look at a car I saw on-line. I was advised that the vehicle was still there. I went in later that evening, the car wasn't there. I was asked to fill out
a consent form to giving additional information, after which I was told I needed a co-signer.
This dealer was referred due to the need to rebuild credit after a Chpt. 13 filing
that has been closed for some time. To travel here was a waste time because
the information I was given by the Customer Service Rep. was not true. By the
way I never got to see her because when I arrived, I was told she was in a meeting. This meeting must have lasted 2 hours because she never surfaced
during the time I was there.

Im not to going say that they were the best service because they werent... I went in last July to purchase a Nissan. I test drove a few cars and decided on the Nissan Altima because the Maxima was little out of my price range.. after not putting any money down I drove out of the lot with my new Nissan ( name Midnight) with the impression that that I was going to be paying a 450 a month carnote.. Well let me tell you... I got a call 30 days later saying that I had to bring the car back because the financing fell through.. Now im Pissed.. u let me keep the car a whole 30 days, fall in love with it, then ask to take it back. They told me the guy who sold me the car , Sam, got fired because he did a shady deal with my car. So now when I get to the dealership, the new sales manager wants me to put down at least $2000 down to keep the car.. I said Hell no... now im fuming.... I tell them to fix this shit before I call my lawyer.... so they find a financing company who was will to do my financing... but at the worse apr ever...so now I have already paid $1100 dollars for car insurance that was needed to leave the lot. so I ended up putting my tail between my legs and signing off on the car.. My car note ended up increasing to $600 a month ... I feel like I got robed because whenever I asked anyone how much they pay a month and how much there call was.. its alway a lot less then what Im paying... so now its a year later and Im trying to get it refinance but it havinga hard time finding a company that'll do it....WORSE DEAL EVER... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SOUTH CHICAGO NISSAN. AND WILL NEVER LET ANYONE I KNOW GO THERE....
