The worst experience of my life!!!! I went in to trade in my 05 equinox. I saw a benz I wanted. The finance manager worked up the numbers. I came back the next day (after I went home and thought about). When I came back the finance manager tells me that everything he said to me was a fantasy! It was imaginary! It was make believe. I told him to immediately stop talking to me! Because what he just admitted to me was that he lied to me! He wasted 2 hours of my time on lies and fantasy. I asked him did I look like Alice in Wonderland to him? I called him fantasy boy and his boss and the salesman are is imaginary friends. I bought the 05 equinox from them but when I bought it I thought it was an 06 because that's what they told me. When I got insurance on the truck that's when I found out it was an 05. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! Finance Manger tells imaginary stories to deceive you into buying a car!! STAY AWAY FROM ROGERS AUTO GROUP!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Rogers Auto Group is located around 26th & Michigan in Chicago, IL 60616.
