I was told over the phone by Ali for 2 days that I was approved for a certain car. When drove from out of the area i was then told the car had been sold and i wasnt approved for that car anyway and they can get me into another car. When i verbal voiced how upset i was that they lied to me for days about this car and wasted my time and gas money getting there they made it sound like they were the only dealers in all of Sac that could help me. They wouldnt apologize or even aknowledge there deceptive practices!
