I have had my Hyundai serviced here since I purchased it. the staff have always been friendly and offered us rides wherever we needed to go in the city. They even dropped me off at a Doctor appointment once, when they were working on my car, and came back and got me when my appointment was done. Since my car was under warranty, they always inspected it for free! I think they spoiled me
Twice in the last two years I have had to leave my vehicle for several days after the service technician broke something while performing routine maintenance. The service department did give me a ride home, and then issued me loaner vehicles for the remaining days that it took them to fix the damage they had done. Once they took 10% off the total, which I appreciated. But the second time I complained to the manager who promised me a phone call from the service department, which never came. I have been satisfied with my Elantra, but will not buy another because this is the only Hyundai dealer in town and I don't want to be forced to use their service department when the inevitable warrantied repair is necessary.
