I came up to help a female friend that was trying to trade out of a terrible car deal and interest rate. As I walked up I saw the look of horror on the salesmens face. He could just barley get it out to say anything at that point. What happened from there was what my friend and I can only describe as bizarre, unbelievably unprofessional and bordered on threatening. As I saved her and got her away from them the third level manager screemed in front of everyone that next time she should bring a friend that was REALLY trying to help her. This is after they tried every sleazy sales tactic in the book. She liked the truck and would have gone back after we figured out her real payoff on her trade in. Now she will never set foot in the place again. I have never seen more slimey, sleazy people in one place before in my life. Check News Channel 5's web site in Nashville for the companies ethics.
