I have a 2007 Aura which I purchased from this dealership 1 1/2 years ago. I thought that there was something wrong with the brakes so I took it to be serviced at Saturn (2 hours away) and was told they were fine. 2 weeks later they got worse so I took it into my local Chevy dealership, I was told the rotors were rotten and because of this the pads had worn down. The Chevy dealership said that they couldn't do warranty work and sent me to Saturn. The warranty lady at Saturn set me up with an appointment (2 weeks later) and said everything would be covered no worries 2 hours tops. I drop car off, go to lunch and get call that they won't cover pads, they don't have the rotors (they were used on another vehicle) and I would need to come back the next day! They quoted me $461 for pads. What? After talking with them they came down to $130. Was told they had given me the price they had given for warranty work. Trying to scam! Don't buy a car with a bad service department, it's not worth it.
