I wanted to share my experience when I went to consider purchasing a new or a pre-owned Audi. I think the manager was rude. I went in to the dealership and asked about a 2009 new Audi. The first person said they had no brochures, but has a 2009 Audi. Took me to the second person, who supposedly dealt with pre-owned Audis. He said he has no Audi A6 (that was the one I was looking for). Then takes me to the manager who asks me "how much money am I willing to spend". I was totally ticked off by that question. I asked "what do you mean?" and he said " ok, we are done". I dont know what he meant by that. But I just walked out. In retrospect, I think, he looked at me and saw me dressed casually ( which I was as the dealership is two blocks from my house). And they judged me and decided to ignore me. I could not believe it. In these bad economic times, when dealerships are closing everywhere, I would think, they would want to hold on to every customer that comes, but it seems like for this dealership, it is not the case. Guess what, they just lost a customer, my next car will be an Audi in one month. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD. THERE ARE OTHER AUDI DEALERSHIPS ELSEWHERE.
