    My Sacramento Infiniti review

    Stay away!!! These guys are crooks! Whet there to buy a used car. We had to ask twice for the carfax, looks like they did not want us to see the 17 lines of repairs and the major collision that the car was in. Now the sales manager steps in “who knows where the sales guy went!” so this sales manager spent the next ten min explaining that this car fax is all normal and does not affect the price of the car. We asked what actual kelly blue book value was on this car, he came back with a made up form stating what it was, the problem is that the actual full retail kelly blue book value for this car in excellent condition is 3k less than he stated and we have a car no where close to this! We showed him the actual value on http://www.kbb.com and he stated that it was wrong and his was right! Un real!! We have purchased over 12 cars in the last five years from the Roseville Auto Mall and this hands down was the worst car buying experience I have ever had! Its not even worth the one star I had to choose to post here! Everyone should stay far away from Sacramento Infinity, just another snake in the grass!!!
