I purchased my new G35S from Roswell Infiniti about a year ago. I have been a loyal customer, bringing my car into this dealership for every service. Well, not anymore, I will not be a patron of this dealer again. I share my experience as a warning and to advise you visit one of the other dealerships around town.
My car was recently in for a routine service, the service dept rep contacted me to let me know that I needed a new tires. He quoted a price and I agreed to it. When I arrived to pay and pick up my car, the price I was quoted increased by $60.00 and they would not honor the price they quoted. I reluctantly paid and left. A short while later, my check tire light came on. I took the car into Tires Plus on Atlanta Road. They checked the tire pressure in front of me and I was stunned by what they showed me. The car recommends that the pressure be 33 lbs of air. The front tires had 40lbs of air and the rear tires had 23 lbs. Improper tire pressure can cause faster wear - these tires were over $1,000 and should have been installed properly.
I have been taking my car to the Roswell Infiniti dealer because I wanted honest, reliable, and high quality service. I clearly got neither of the three. I will not be returning to this dealer and am advising all my friends who own Infinities to go elsewhere. Heed my advice, don't trust your car to Roswell Infinity.
