I enjoyed my sales experience with Andy Thompson. He was low pressure and to the point with no games. But, a good sales experience was not the end of the story. The prior owner of the 2005 Caravan I bought did not provide some of the van's equipment when he traded it in. I didn't notice some of this equipment was missing until I drove the van home. This was the first used car I had ever purchased and I prepared myself for a fight to get Ron Westphal to replace the missing equipment. It turns out I had no reason to worry. Andy sent me an e-mail the following Monday to follow up on the sale. I was pleasantly surprised that Andy had initiated contact with me to check on my satisfaction. I never expected this level of service buying a used Dodge from a Chevy dealer. I responded to Andy's e-mail and told him about the missing equipment. Andy followed up diligently and responded promptly to my questions and concerns. He did a great job taking care of everything and all of the items were replaced within about a week. Since some of the equipment needed to be programmed or replaced by a Dodge dealer, Andy arranged to have a local dealer handle these items at no cost to me. I went to the Dodge dealer, they knew who I was and what I needed when I got there and they took care of everything. I was really impressed at how well Andy had set this up. I had a great experience and I will certainly recommend Ron Westphal to to my friends, family and neighbors. There's no doubt I will check out Ron Westphal the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. |
