They lie, give you then run around and they have a habit of hanging the phone up when you challenge with a question, they don't like. Then when you try to call back to voice a complaint, they intercept the phone call and will not let you talk to the General Manger. I am still waiting for Rick or Rich, if that's his real name to call me back. It's a group of guys who obviously have NO supervison. This dealership is a joke. I came in not really knowing which car I wanted but knew that I wanted an Audi. My salesman was so patient and helpful every step of the way. I left that day with 2011 Audi A4 Sedan in silver, best day of my life. There is nothing not to love about this dealership, I will definitely be going back. I love my new car!!
