I am extremely happy with my buying experience at Riverside Ford. I received a friendly greeting upon my arrival. They listened to my needs and found the perfect solution to my vehicle needs. I drive a lot of miles and needed to find a vehicle that is comfortable and gets good gas mileage. The Hybrid Focus is perfect
We were able to agree on terms and trade-in value without spending hours dickering over $'s. My financing was arranged quickly and beat my expectations.
I highly recommend taking the drive to Sumner and finding your perfect vehicle and enjoying your buying experience.
If you want a pushy sales experience, then visit this dealership. Actually, it's worse than pushy, the sales guys are rude and condescending. My advice do NOT fill out any paperwork or sign anything here. Even if you tell them not to run your credit, they will!! Then they won't return your personal information to you!!
We went in because we found a good deal online. The good deal is negated by the fact they won't give you bottom trade-in value for your car. So when you consider the good deal, plus 2000K less then what your car is worth, they don't have any better prices than anyone else.
There is NO way I'm recommending this dealership to anyone I know. To be honest, I would actually pay more money for my car rather than having to deal with this dealership again.
