I could not be any happier with my expierence at RB Honda. I could have bought a car from any Honda dealer in the Twin Cities. I bought the car from RB because of my salesperson Gary. He treated us so nice and made us feel " special" ! I will be back

A sales associate could not answer some questions I had & didn't seem to know much info about a certain vehicle. Before a test drive, he had a hard time trying to get keys. While on a test drive the sales aassociate didn't try to promote the vehicle, only talked when I mentioned something. I returned a week later to test drive the vehicle again, hoping for more time on the highway since there was a short amount of time from the previous visit, and to find out other things about the vehicle. There was only 1 sales person on at the time (afternoon during the week), & it was the same sales person I delt with from my previous visit. He said there are other customers he is dealing with due back any moment from their test drive, & could only do a quick test drive with me. I said no thanks, and I didn't have a problem with that. I had a problem whenA Manager looked down upon me when he told me that they limit how many miles go on to their vehicles, & they don't do test drives for joy riding or for fun. I am serious about purchasing a new vehicle & let him know that. My apperance looks few years younger than my actuall age, and I expressed how I felt towards the manager on his comment. He doesn't know me at all. Long story short, the conversation ended with him saying there are other Honda dealerships I can go to that can try and please me if they couldn't. I told him that I would be going to another dealership.

This is by far the worst dealership in the twin cities.. Absolutely rigid, no customer focus, high handed. There are ton of small dealers that would go all the way for a sale but salespeople here were absolutely not willing to talk. These kind of dealerships will at best be mediocre.

We bought a minivan from Richfield Bloomington Honda. The car dealer was nice enough, but really really confused. I had to tell him things over and over and over. We agreed on a price and then he sent me to the finance guy who said they'd give me a loan for 8.59%. I said I thought that sounded high and I better do some checking on my own. He very rudely said, "oh you think you can do better, you won't find anything lower, just take it." No thanks, I will check on my own and get back to you.

I found a loan for 4.99%. He asked where I got such a rate. I told him it was from US Bank. He said he couldn't believe it because US Bank was currently charging 7.24% for his customers. Really?? But the best you could do was 8.59%.

I absolutely will not be a returning customer. They were condescending, rude, impolite and unprofessional.
