Dropped truck off for "engine light on" problem and fuel injector problem (they fixed a couple of years ago," told it was a glo-plug issue this time. Dropped it off on Thurs morning, Friday at closing it was done. Got into vehicle and Engine Light still on, but could not leave it there as everyone had left while I was paying at cashier. Dropped vehicle back off on Tuesday morning. Called Tuesday night and was told they needed to do a cold start test on Weds morning to find problem. Didn't hear from them on Weds so I called around 230 and was told it was another bad glo-plug and veh would be ready in approx 1 1/2hrs. Called them again at 6pm. told still not fixed try back tomorrow.
Lousy customer service in my opinion. Failed to fix problem I brought it in for, and I really don't think it takes 5 days to change a glo-plug.
When I asked about the fuel injector part, they told me it would be another $140.00 to diagnos that problem. Needless to say, when I finally get my vehicle back, I will never go to this company again and will tell my friends and acquaintances of my experience.
