My Premier Ford reviewThis is dealer is the worst i have ever talked to. They don’t care about the customer. They make every one fool. I bought the Ford fusion from them; the dealer even did not know the correct price, and he keep fooling the customer, and unfortunately it was my first experience.
I asked dealer that i will only buy the car if they towed from New York to the other state as i was moving to the other city. They agreed ; their finance department made a trick, they took New York city tax though the car was registered in the other state. Then even before final dealing, they called insurance company and got all information. Their finance officer was very clever, and they trap me with high price. Now here is the dilemma, the car was bought in the last week of June, with the expectation, that i will receive it in 3-4 days by towed. These people even cant care for customer, now i am posting this on July 10, and i have not received the car yet. In addition, i called them on July 5, and trying to cancel the contract because they made me fool, the manager told me that i cant cancel the contract.
Such a shame to this dealer, no care for customer. Is this the way the customer they deal and make them fool.
No support, no respect.
I discourage people to go to this dealer. Let me know if i can complain to higher authority than this.

My Premier Ford review:devil( I brought my 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer to Premier Ford 5001 Glenwood Road Brooklyn, New York 11234. 718-258-7200 service department for a oil change and also advised that the brakes go to the floor. They did the oil change however they did not solve the brake problem so I returned the car immediately to Premier Ford Service department and advised them the problem still existed. Premier Ford service department had my car for approximately 2 months while I drove a Ford Focus and paid the lease on the Explorer.
They changed the hydrylic braking system, front and rear brakes new rotors, power booster, appximately 4 master cylinders and gave the car back to me, still the brakes went to the floor. While they had the car it was damaged on the right front door, left rear fender drivers door handle left rear fender molding and the bumper had to be repainted several times.
THEY NEVER SOLVED THE BRAKE PROBLEM, THE CAR WAS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE AND NOBODY CARED.
My salesman was wonderful, as he went with me to the service department and spoke to the service manager. I turned the car in 1 month early with only 16,000 miles of the 31,500 miles that I paid for under the lease.
