dealership entered into a contract to sell a ford escape; defaulted, claiming car was not available under clunkers program in order to resell it without the agreed upon discount; took the usual phony position that the dealer had not signed the contract; threatened to put a voucher in on our clunker and thus make it in furturo ineligible for the program if we persisted in trying to enforce our contract.
