My Plaza Ford reviewSHADY SERVICE
Yesterday we took my truck in for some routine maintenance. Today, I have no breaks and after being towed to them they say we need a new brake booster…$800. I didn t need a new break booster yesterday when they looked at my breaks. You think that is a coincidence, an accident created by them, or just fraud? I am just thankful I realized I had no breaks this morning before my children and I were on the road with other innocent people.
Also, Salvo auto parts has brake boosters for $85 and the shop down the road says they will fix it for $165. I can help but think I am purposely being overpriced.
Plaza Ford has lost our business.

My Plaza Ford reviewI just purchased a 2013 Mustang from Mario at Plaza Ford. He asked many questions about what I was looking for and took the time to really explain the features between the 2012 model and 2013 models – there were diferences that I was not aware of and through his help I quickly determined that a 2013 was to car to buy and not a 2012. Upon delivery Mario went over the car in detail and spend another 40 minutes or more setting up some of the features in the electronics section of the car. I would suggest that Mario is the go-to-guy for a new Ford in my opinion. Excellent person to deal with, keeps you well informed in the process and you will never feel like you are backed into a corner to sign on the bottom line. He and this dealership followed through when the other two dealers I visited never called to get back in touch.

My Plaza Ford reviewMario Marino is the best! My recent purchace of my 2011 F-150 at Plaza Ford was fast and easy and it was an honest deal. He was an excellent salesman to work with and very patient about answering my questions since I was replacing a 2002 and things had changed a lot in 9 years. He was a genuine person to talk too- not your typical salesman full of BS! I would highly recommend going to Plaza Ford and asking for Mario Marino if your looking for a new or used vehicle.

My Plaza Ford reviewThe Salesman made a mistake on my order. Once the mistake was identified when I got the vehicle home he refused to admit the mistake. When I tried to resolve the issue no one would call me back and when I forced the issue with the dealer they said they would resolve the problem but it would cost me 3 times what it would have cost me had they got the order right in the first place.
The Ford super duty was orderded per your request as you configured and you did not order the back-up camera. We tried to help you but it was not good enough. No matter what we offered, you wanted more. We are very sorry you made a mistake in your order and wanted to keep you a happy customer. We also do not offer items for free. We have been in business for over 75 years and you are the first bad review we have seen.
