The salesman was adaquate - but the sales manager was a Male Chavinist Pig who felt it was his obligation to tell us how much his son was making as a Lexus dealer!!Like we cared. He lied to us about how much he was going to give us for a trade on our 2000 Sonata then he tried to make it seem like we were getting this great deal because of some rebate. He ended up saying that the rebate and the trade washed each other out. So it ended up that we never got the rebate - just the trade in or visa versa. But not both as we were lead to believe. If my daughter was not in the situation of having to spend a lot of money on the repairs of her Sonata - we would have walked out. It was probably the most frustrated and belittled I have felt in my entire adult life. Then they said they would tint her windows, but because she did not have that in writing - the service department would not do it. The woman in the service department said she almost begged "Roger" to do it, but he said no. Service said they do this all the time - and could not understand why he would not do the 2 windows that need to be tinted. If Planet Hyundai was giving a car away I would not take it. I can barely drive by that place without getting a knot in my gut! They are exactly why people dislike car dealerships. Dishonest, unreliable, and deceitful is how I describe the dealership.
