Had the timing belt/fan belt/water pump replaced. When I picked it up, brought out to me by the mechanic, there was an obvious clicking noise under the hood which turned out to be a broken speedometer cable. Tried to pawn the car off on me with obvious issues, did not fix the problem, over-charged me on the timing belt tensioner when they said there would be no labor charge, did not fix it on time, unreliable and untrustworthy.
Told I would recieve 4% financing and $1000 rebate on new Corolla. Got a call the day after purchase saying they had "made a mistake" and I was to recieve one or the other. Neadless to say, I was very disapointed.
Was lied to multiple times regarding the status of repair for our vehicle. Estimated time was long overdue, which I understand that there are delays but they were 28 days longer than stated. Agreed to pay for a rental vehicle from day after vehicle was promised to be completed but then stated they would only pay for a portion of the rental. Repairs are still not completed. Would not recommend their service department. Also have had a bad experience with their sales department as well where the wrong vehicle was given.
