Park Cities Ford listed a used vehicle for sale on their internet web site. The price seemed reasonable for the advertised model. Upon arrival at the dealership, they had raised the price by $2,000 on their web site and the vehicle model represented was not the model on hand. The model on hand was two models lower than the advertised one.
Although they honored the original advertised price, they refused to discuss why they misrepresented the model on hand and blamed all problems on their contractor.
Due to weather conditions, several body dents could not be seen. The salesman did not bother to point them out. After the sale had taken place, the salesman admitted the dents were there all along.
Although the dealership resolved one situation, the vehicle was not taken through the make ready department prior to delivery.
Although the web site offered a $500 discount on any vehicle, the fine print leaves the amount up to their discretion.
I could not recommend any of this owner's vehicle dealerships to anyone based on my experience with them.
Let the buyer beware.
