This service department is far and away the best in Kansas City, and I don't believe you'd find too many better in the nation. I never spoke with the service technician, but Clint is the manager and he is the one who helped me. Other than a small waiting area, I can't think of anything negative that happened the whole time, starting from when I called in for an appointment. Turns out they have same day appointments and saw me later in the afternoon on the day I called! I was blown away the second I walked in and was greeted cheerfully. Then Clint followed that up by reviewing with me all of the maintenance and repair receipts I had from other shops, just to make sure I didn't get anything done that wasn't needed. The whole department was run with an efficiency and attention to detail that I have never seen in any other business before. In no time at all my car was done and I was on my way with a smile. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody needing Mitsubishi work done. They are fantastic!
I have never been to a dealership with this kind of attitude. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by answeering my questions. Needless to say we left without a car from them and I will NEVER return to this dealership.
